A business event that took place at the International Exhibition Centre of Crete with the cooperation of the four Chambers of Crete, the Pancretan Association of Hotel Managers and Hoteliers of Crete, under the auspices and support of the Regional Authority of Crete.

The aim was to promote cooperation between hoteliers and farmers, professionals, craftsmen, processors, in order to meet the needs of Cretan hotels and the wider local market using the local agricultural production, giving the opportunity to visitors of the island to get to know the genuine products of the Cretan diet.
