Extra Virgin Olive Oil
“Eleones” is a representative Cretan extra virgin olive oil produced from selected, traditionally cultivated olive groves in the area of Heraklion. It is strictly single variental, from the famous Koroneiki variety that offers, since ancient times, one of the finest olive oils worldwide. The collection of the olives takes place around mid-November, with special care so as not to damage the tree or the fruit. Within a few hours, the pressing and "cold extraction" of oil is following. The result is a crystal clear, golden olive oil, perfectly balanced with rich, fruity flavor and low acidity.
