“Rodea Gi” is a Cretan extra virgin olive oil coming from selected, traditionally cultivated olive groves in the area of Heraklion. It is single variental, from the famous Koroneiki variety. The collection of the olives takes place around mid-November and needs special care so as not to damage the tree or the fruit. Within a few hours the pressing and "cold extraction" of oil is following. Its slightly buttery texture and mild spicy aftertaste will make it an essential ingredient for your table. You can enjoy it as a starter with rucks or bread and fresh oregano.
