ALMPANTAKIS GROUP OF COMPANIES SPONSORS the 4th Sand Festival in Ammoudara.
The 4th Sand Sculpture Festival, which will take place from 1 to 25 June, in Ammoudara, is expected to send a strong message to Greece and the world, for the protection of the marine ecosystem from pollution.
Impressive sculptures up to three meters high will be created again by well-known sculptors, with the theme: "I'm not giving up! Clean seas! Clean beaches!"
The images of the works are expected this year to travel to every corner of the globe, as it happened last year, as media from all over the world (Europe, USA, Australia, Asia) promote the original and unique in Greece Professional Sand Sculpture Festival. At the same time, young and old alike will be able to experiment freely by creating their own sand sculptures, alongside professional sculptors, using a "cheap" material, found in abundance in Crete, sand, creating "small miracles"!
The impressive sculptures will remain in four places in Ammoudara until the end of the summer, becoming an attraction for Greek and foreign visitors to our region.
