Orange Cake

350 gram all-purpose whole wheat flour
200 gram sugar
4 eggs
120 ml “Aromatic olive oil with orange”
230 ml fresh orange juice
zest of 2 oranges
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees using the heating elements.
In the mixer bowl, add the eggs (room temperature), spill a little sugar and beat for five minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Then, while beating, add the “Aromatic olive oil with orange” slowly.
When the mixture is fully incorporated, add the orange juice slowly and lower the mixer speed to half.
Continue adding the orange zest.
Add the flour in batches while mixing the baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Smear with drops of oil a rectangular non-stick cake tin with a pastry brush (alternatively, place a piece of parchment paper) and pour the mixture into it.
Place your cake in the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
